I am living common-law after being divorced. I have a son and two daughters, plus a step-daughter. All are gems in their own way.

    A Healthy Immune System 

    Ananova - Top doc backs picking your nose and eating it
    I was pointed to this article via Waiter Rant. Hope you're not eating.
    Maybe you have, maybe you haven't. Some do, some don't. Either way, how would they clinically test this theory? Get some people to "sample" their own and measure the immune system impact? Imagine if any of the kids knew about this.

    Mom: Junior, get your finger out of your nose!
    Junior: But Mom, doctor sez I need to do it for a healthy 'mune system.

    Ewww.

    My immune system could have used a jolt the past weekend. In fact the whole family could have used it. We all came down with a stomach virus. It went right through the family, ending at me. Fun wow. But if this is the recommended remedy, I think I'll pass.
